  1. I love onions, but their skins are a major source of food waste. This let's you get value and nutrition out of something most people throw away. Plus, there are lots of vitamin a c and e as well as antioxidants and flavonoids in the skins of onion and garlic.

  2. I made that but i forgot that its supposed to be 30 mins simmer.. I did it like 5 mins. Is it still safe to eat. Im kinda scared

  11. OMG. Your are absolutely adorable……I used your video to show everyone on Facebook how to make the broth. I started making my own broth about a month ago and it ROCKS. BTW, just one thing. Next time, after you sample the broth with a spoon, don't shake it off back into the bowl! Culinary 101. But you still ROCK!!

  17. I do this all the time! But one thing different: I feel like all the "good" flavor is still in the simmered vegetables so I like to use an immersion blender to puree it while it's still in the pot and then strain it through a fine mesh strainer into another pot. using a whisk helps 😛
