How to Create a new windows administrator User with Hirens Bootcd

1. First, create bootable usb hirens bootcd

2. Restart the PC and boot from usb hirens bootcd

– In this video I use Windows 7 in virtualbox as an example —

3. Click HBCD Menu in the tray icon, choose Password / Key – Windows lOgin – Password Renew

4. In the Select target field, select the Windows folder on the drive where the OS is installed (default C 🙂

5. Click Create new Administrator user

6. Type the username and password of the administrator user to create

7. Click Apply

8. Restart the PC, then boot to Windows 7

The user administrator has been successfully created 🙂
